On the second day, venture out of Tra On to explore the surrounding area. Start your day with a visit to the Bang Lang Stork Sanctuary, located just a short distance from Tra On. Next, head to the nearby Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of the most beautiful Buddhist temples in the Mekong Delta. Admire the intricate architecture and peaceful surroundings of this historic site. In the afternoon, take a boat tour along the canals of the Mekong Delta, passing through picturesque villages and lush greenery. Learn about the local way of life and witness traditional activities such as rice paper making and coconut candy production. Enjoy a scenic sunset cruise before returning to Tra On for the night.
