Start arranging the wine corks on the bulletin board according to your planned design. Once you are satisfied with the arrangement, use a strong adhesive, such as hot glue or craft glue, to attach the corks to the board. Apply the glue to the flat side of the cork and press it firmly onto the board. Work in small sections to ensure the glue doesn't dry before attaching the corks.
