Preheat the oven to 375°F. Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet. Spread goat cheese over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges. Arrange blanched asparagus spears on top of the cheese. Brush the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the asparagus is tender. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or chives. Serve warm or at room temperature.
