Gellért Hill is a 235-metre-high hill overlooking the Danube in Budapest. It is named after Saint Gerard, who was thrown to death from the hill by pagans in the 11th century. The hill is a popular tourist destination, offering panoramic views of the city and several attractions, including the Citadella, the Liberty Statue, and the Gellért Baths.
