On the first day of your trip to the Twin Crater Lakes of Balinsasayao, you will arrive at Dumaguete City, which is the nearest major city to the lakes. From Dumaguete, you can hire a private vehicle or take a public bus to the town of Sibulan, which is the jump-off point for the lakes. Once you reach Sibulan, you can hire a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you to the entrance of the Balinsasayao Twin Lakes Natural Park. Upon arrival at the park, you will need to pay an entrance fee and register at the visitor center. From there, you can start your exploration of the lakes.
